How Do Room Assignments Work?
All of our rooms are double-occupancy. This means that…
First, you’ll let us know how many people you’re buying tickets for (one or two).
Second, you’ll tell us whether you want to reserve half of a room (to be shared with an assigned roommate) or a whole room. Note that if you are buying two tickets, that means you get an entire room.
Third, select the level of room you would like, then submit your payment and fill out the registration form.
